Processing and Customer Service Associate – Sports Equipment Distribution TCA Team is a sports distribution company that focuses on providing premium products to athletic organizations to[KS1] enhance performance and life experiences. The Processing and Customer Service Associate position is responsible for allocating necessary resources to ensure that all orders in our system can be fulfilled in an efficient manner. This includes but is not limited to inventory purchasing, production scheduling, internal/external communication, and more. Additionally, this role will be responsible for assisting customers who reach out via email or phone with questions, comments or concerns. Salary/Benefits: Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 /hour Benefits - Paid Time Off, Health & Dental Plans, etc. Shift: Full Time: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday. In-Office every day. Office Location: 17815 Davenport Rd. Dallas, Texas 75252 Responsibilities: Review orders that come into our system and take action record necessary order details, schedule production, allocate inventory and more Evaluate the supply chain process to provide feedback on how to increase efficiency Field customer service inquiries via email and phone, help customers find a solution for their question, comment or concern Assist management in other areas when needed (order fulfillment, production, inventory management, etc.) Qualifications: Requirements: High School Diploma Works very well with basic computer programs, tech friendly (Proficient in Microsoft, Google tools, etc.) Strong Attention to Detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Driver's license Strong organizational skills Customer service skills Preferred: · Associate or bachelor’s degree Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis.
