Process Support Specialist

Job Summary Process Support Specialist Hill Country Outdoor Power is seeking a full-time person to join our Outside Sales team as a Process Support Specialist. This is a fast-paced position supporting the fastest growing division with Hill Country Outdoor Power. Applicants should be reliable, driven, and ready to learn. The position will be responsible for order fulfillment, logistics, service coordination, workflow management, and inventory management. The most successful candidates will be looking for a position they can grow into and with over the coming years. This is an in-person position reporting to our Warehouse. Hours are typically Monday – Friday 7am to 4pm. Responsibilities · Fulfill orders at our warehouse for daily sales routes · Receive and stock incoming inventory · Research back-ordered parts and out of stock inventory · Coordinate time sensitive tasks within the sales division · Communicate across divisions to improve efficiency and solve problems · Keeping work areas clean and clear from clutter · Learning the various job functions of our Service Coordinator to serve as a backup · Assisting with sales related tasks as required, time permitting Qualifications · Reliable · Customer Service Oriented · Computer Proficient · Self-Motivated · Active Listener · Clear and Concise Communicator · Ability to lift 75lbs · Basic Mechanical Knowledge, preferred · Microsoft Office Proficiency, preferred · Knowledge of Outdoor Power Products, preferred Pay and Benefits · Standard HCOP Benefits Package: Insurance, 401(k), PTO, Holidays, Etc · Pay: $18hr starting Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
