Process Shop Production Supervisor

Job Summary Dragon Products, a busy oil field equipment manufacturing company, is looking for it's next Process Shop Production Supervisor. The position will assist the Plant Management team with Scheduling, Procurement, Inventory, Product Production, Product Quality, Safety and Environmental compliance and Human Resources. Responsibilities and Duties Work with Sales and Plant Management Team Leadership to formulate the Schedule of the facility and then execute to that Schedule. Open communication with the facility Procurement and Inventory team to ensure availability of necessary material for the production of the facility. Ensure that the Production team is operating efficiently, on time, with the proper Quality, Safety and Environmental compliance necessary. Ensure that all Local, State, Federal laws and Human Resource policies of Dragon Products are followed. Drive the facility with the 4 Pillars of Dragon Products: Candid Communication Entrepreneurship Execution and Customer Service Qualifications and Skills 5-7 years minimum of Process Shop Production Supervision experience in a heavy manufacturing product line Oil fields equipment manufacturing experience a big plus but not a requirement.
