Job Title: Process Excellence Manager – Airfreight Product Job Location: Chicago, Illinois We have an exciting opportunity for Process Excellence Manager, Air Freight Product . This position will be based in Chicago, IL. Job Purpose Through hands-on support of operational agents, administer Air Freight Process Excellence plans, processes, programs and activities to deliver effective and efficient operational outcomes in line with business needs and objectives, relevant frameworks and standards, Group guidelines and policies, and applicable legal and compliance requirements. This includes supporting Process Excellence by maintaining process visibility, conformance evidence, and issue discipline across assigned scope. Key Tasks Support monitoring of process adherence, governance indicators, deviation themes, and local non-conformance within assigned scope. Maintain process documentation, issue logs, action trackers, and standard reference materials using approved repositories and governance tools. Collect facts for root-cause analysis, including process evidence, timing, ownership, system records, and repeat-pattern indicators. Support AQI-related process follow-up including milestone completeness / timeliness, sick files, unbilled, auto-costing, auto-rating, and exception discipline where assigned. Use FRP / Station Monitor / approved dashboards as the source of truth for KPI and conformance evidence Avoid local scoring variants. Support closure follow-up by confirming action owner, due date, status, evidence, and escalation need. Identify handoff gaps across Station, Country, GSC, Operational Accounting, Customer Operations, Pricing, SCM & Gateways, and Implementation. Escalate repeated process drift, unclear ownership, missing evidence, or workaround behavior to Manager level before it becomes embedded practice. Support UAT, readiness, training coordination, and adoption checks where process changes or system changes impact execution. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying standardization opportunities, failure points, and controlled enablement needs. Explain facts, policies, and practices related to the job area to Country / Regional Process Excellence leads and process owners. Stakeholders Station teams, GSC teams, Customer Operations, Operational Accounting, Pricing, SCM & Gateways, Implementation, and Solution Delivery contacts where evidence or handoffs are required. Operational managers and team leads requiring fact-based process visibility and closure support. Support and interact primarily with colleagues of their own sub-function or team. Develop a network of contacts to build relationships and strengthen organizational, product, and market knowledge.
