Pro Shop Operations and Tennis Racquet Stringing

Job Summary RPS Academies is seeking a responsible, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Pro Shop & Tennis Tournament Operations Staff member. This position combines tennis pro shop operations, racquet stringing, inventory management, student support, and assistance with the organization and execution of tennis tournaments and events hosted at our academy. The ideal candidate should have previous experience stringing tennis racquets, enjoy working in a sports environment, and be comfortable interacting with students, coaches, parents, and tournament participants. Key Responsibilities Tennis Pro Shop Operations String tennis racquets according to player specifications and requirements. Maintain and organize the pro shop inventory, tracking all Stringing sales. Assist students, coaches, and customers with equipment and pro shop-related needs. Qualifications & Requirements Ideal one year of experience stringing tennis racquets. Knowledge of tennis equipment, strings, and accessories. Previous experience in a tennis pro shop or tennis facility is preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible schedule, including weekends when tournaments are scheduled. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Responsible, dependable, and comfortable working with student-athletes.
