Pro Shop Manager

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pro Shop Manager, where you'll lead the daily operations of our vibrant hockey shop. As the heartbeat of our pro shop, you'll ensure smooth service, oversee sales transactions, and create a memorable atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring efficient service and a positive guest experience Manage retail sales, including processing transactions accurately and handling cash with integrity Provide expert assistance to guests by offering product recommendations and answering inquiries Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop to create an inviting shopping environment Coordinate inventory management, including stock replenishment and product displays Lead and motivate staff members to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold high standards Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Create and manage staff schedule Provide excellent skate sharpening standards Requirements Proven experience in hospitality, retail management, or customer service roles Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest services and team leadership Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and shop presentation Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed Prior experience in a hockey or sports retail environment is a plus. Prior experience skate sharpening is a plus but not required as training can be provided.
