Printfresh On-Site Warehouse & Fulfillment Lead (Ohio Location)
PrintfreshPrintfresh is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Fulfillment Lead to work on-site at Ryder, our warehouse partner, as a Printfresh employee. They will check product quality, help make sure incoming shipments and inventory counts are correct, and pack influencer orders and other special projects. We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and pays close attention to details. They should be comfortable tracking down missing items, working with the warehouse team, and carefully packing orders so they look great when they arrive. This role works out of the Ryder fulfillment facility, located in Etna, Ohio (Columbus Area). Key Responsibilities Warehouse operations and quality assurance Partner with Ryder's managers to communicate Printfresh's priorities, monitor daily operations, and resolve issues Conduct quality checks across product handling, picking, packing, returns, and special services, ensuring accuracy, product condition, and brand standards Verify packaging and campaign requirements, review initial samples, and document quality concerns Investigate recurring errors, coordinate corrective action, and train associates on Printfresh's procedures Influencer orders and special projects Personally assemble and quality-check influencer, VIP, PR, and collaboration orders, including custom packaging, personalized notes, and inserts Perform hands-on value-added services such as gift wrapping, kitting, sample preparation, relabeling, and repackaging Coordinate monogramming and other specialized work with Ryder, tracking quality, materials, timing, and completion Receiving and inventory accuracy Oversee receiving of Printfresh inventory, third-party merchandise, samples, and packaging supplies, with particular attention to small parcels and nonstandard deliveries Coordinate inbound consolidation and organization, keeping related purchase orders and cartons clearly identified and grouped Verify deliveries against receiving documents and investigate shortages, damage, mislabeling, and unidentified inventory Track deliveries through receiving, putaway, and inventory availability; follow up on delays and reconcile receipts before ship notices close Review cycle-count discrepancies and inventory adjustments, ensuring issues are explained and resolved Communication and improvement Keep Printfresh informed of receiving progress, quality concerns, project status, and operational risks Maintain an action tracker, support weekly Ryder meetings, and follow through on commitments Keep procedures current and identify ways to reduce errors, rework, damage, and unnecessary costs Requirements Experience in warehouse operations, ecommerce fulfillment, inventory control, or third-party logistics; apparel or consumer-product experience is a plus Ability to coordinate warehouse teams and logistics partners, solve problems, and drive accountability Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication, with an eye for product quality and presentation Willingness to pack, assemble, inspect, and troubleshoot as part of your daily work Comfort with warehouse systems and spreadsheets; RyderShip, Fulfil, or Shopify experience is a plus Ability to work on-site in an active warehouse and follow facility safety requirements Benefits What We Offer Health and dental insurance PTO and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Employee discount on all Printfresh products About Our Culture At Printfresh, we celebrate creativity, sustainability, and a customer-first mindset.
