Print Production Specialist - Marketing Agency

Your mechanical aptitude, manufacturing knowledge, and experience working with suppliers will help ensure efficient operations, from coordinating print production and liaising with vendors to packing completed orders and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities Work with existing suppliers and establish costs Prepare a pricing spreadsheet for every job with established margins Review prepared artwork to ensure files are ready for print production and meet supplier specifications Proof reading Pack finished productions securely and professionally, ensuring orders are ready for shipping Prepare shipping documentation for couriers Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and schedule production timelines Develop, maintain and manage a capable supplier network Organize, maintain and manage inventory in warehouse Track stock levels of paper, inks, packaging supplies, and finished products Collaborate with creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver printed assets that are delivered on time, on budget and to specification Experience 3-5 years previous experience in manufacturing or print production environments preferred Some warehouse experience with familiarity in inventory management and material handling QuickBooks and Excel experience required Strong negotiation and purchasing skills Excellent project management and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong communication and relationship building skills Join us as a Print Production Specialist where your expertise will help bring innovative marketing ideas to life!
