Your Opportunity:

International Graphics, a Taylor Corporation Company, is seeking a Print Estimator & Procurement Specialist for our team in Stratford, ON (Canada) to manage and coordinate the shipping team. The position is responsible for direction of associates, systems control of product, and accuracy of input.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for digital, offset, and large-format print projects.
  • Analyze job specifications to determine the best production path and material requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales and production teams to optimize project workflow and pricing.
  • Source and procure paper, ink, and other production consumables.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with national and local vendors to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries to align with production schedules.
  • Perform regular cost analysis and price comparisons to improve company margins.
  • Support the administrative functions of the production department as needed.

You Must Have:

  • Previous experience in the printing industry (Estimating or Production management preferred).
  • Strong mathematical skills and a high degree of accuracy with data entry.
  • Fluency in print terminology (paper stocks, finishes, bindery, etc.).
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for vendor negotiation and internal collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
