Principle Project controls Scheduler

Please note: This senior-level role requires expert Primavera P6 experience and direct power generation construction experience in Combined Cycle, Simple Cycle, Solar, or Battery projects. The Opportunity We are seeking a Principal Project Controls Scheduler / Primavera P6 Subject Matter Expert to support a major Combined Cycle construction project in Anderson, SC. This is a lead-level scheduling role for an experienced project controls professional who can manage complex integrated schedules, perform critical path analysis, evaluate schedule risk, and support project leadership on a large EPC construction project. What You'll Do Lead development and maintenance of integrated schedules in Primavera P6 Establish schedule baselines and perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, vendor, and site activities Analyze schedule variances, delays, trends, and project impacts Develop recovery schedules and mitigation strategies Perform schedule-cost integration and support forecasting Evaluate change orders and perform time impact analysis Validate field progress through schedule updates, observations, and walkdowns Perform schedule analysis using tools such as Deltek Acumen Fuse Serve as the Primavera P6 SME and support other project controls team members Required Qualifications 10+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree OR 14+ years with a high school diploma/equivalent Lead-level scheduling or project controls experience on complex EPC construction projects Direct power generation construction experience in Combined Cycle, Simple Cycle, Solar, and/or Battery Expert-level Primavera P6 experience Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling and schedule development Field experience tracking construction progress and validating schedule updates Experience with schedule analysis tools such as Deltek Acumen Fuse Willingness to mobilize to the Anderson, SC project site Valid driver's license Preferred Combined Cycle construction experience Schedule risk or Monte Carlo analysis experience Change order and time impact analysis experience PMI-SP, AACE-PSP, PMP, or similar certification If you have deep Primavera P6 expertise, major power generation construction experience, and are ready for a field-based project in Anderson, SC , we encourage you to apply.
