Role Description The Principal Supply Chain Consultant is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading supply chain strategy and execution for Moxe Health’s healthcare customers. This role includes assessing current supply chain performance, designing improved processes, and implementing solutions across demand planning, procurement, and inventory management. The Principal Consultant will conduct data-driven analyses, identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency, and present recommendations to executive and operational stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include consulting with clients, building and refining analytical models, creating implementation roadmaps, and supporting change management initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, contributing to best practices and methodologies, and mentoring colleagues to strengthen the overall consulting capability. Qualifications Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Procurement; candidates should possess these skills to design and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes. Proficiency in Demand Planning and related forecasting approaches; candidates should possess these skills to inform inventory and purchasing decisions. Advanced Analytical Skills; candidates should possess these skills to interpret complex data, build models, and support evidence-based recommendations. Demonstrated Consulting experience; candidates should possess these skills to lead client engagements, manage stakeholders, and drive implementation of solutions. Experience in healthcare or health technology supply chains is highly beneficial. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS/CSCP, CPSM) are a plus. Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in cost, service levels, or operational efficiency within complex organizations.
