Location United States Start and end date 26 Oct 2026 – 26 Oct 2027 Indicative hourly rate $38 – 43/hr Respond by 20 Oct 2026 Skills Progress, construction, Scheduling, Construction managementProgress, construction, Scheduling, Construction management Role Summary / Purpose We are seeking an experienced Scheduler with strong expertise in developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules and establish approved schedule baselines. Develop and manage integrated master schedules across multiple project departments and disciplines. Communicate project timelines, milestones, and critical activities to all relevant departments and stakeholders. Monitor and control project schedules to ensure timely completion of activities and milestones. Perform regular schedule updates, progress tracking, and variance analysis. Develop and maintain schedule metrics, dashboards, and management reports to communicate project status and trends. Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential impacts, and work with project teams to develop recovery strategies. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and other project functions to maintain schedule alignment. Requirements – Education & Experience Minimum 3-5 years of professional scheduling experience, preferably on construction projects. Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules. Knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and schedule controls. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional project teams. Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills Experience in utilities and/or EPC projects. Employment Details – Type, Location, Hours Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in person and 2 days remote per week. Preference will be given to local candidates.
