As our Pricing & Procurement Manager for Domestic freight, you're the first line of defense for margin. Your day follows a steady, repeatable rhythm: reviewing each request, analyzing lanes, market rates, and capacity, and building an accurate price for every spot quote within 30 minutes and every RFQ within 48 hours. You'll negotiate with carriers to secure the cost that protects our target margin, keep every quote documented, and report weekly on what we won, what we lost, and why. You'll need freight pricing, procurement, or freight brokerage experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, and a sharp eye for detail.
