About The Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Pricing Manager - Global Forwarding to join our growing team of like-minded go-getters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international freight forwarding, with a focus on developing competitive pricing strategies across air, ocean, and ground transportation. This individual will play a key role in driving profitability, strengthening carrier relationships, and supporting our sales and operations teams with competitive and strategic freight solutions. We are looking for someone who is proactive, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the confidence to take initiative and lead. On a Given Day, You Will Develop and manage competitive pricing strategies for international air, ocean, and ground freight services Negotiate rates and service agreements with carriers, agents, and global forwarding partners Prepare and manage freight quotations, RFQs, RFPs, and customer tenders Build and maintain strong relationships with international carriers, vendors, and overseas agents Analyze market trends, freight rates, and industry developments to ensure competitive pricing Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers and Operations teams to provide timely and accurate pricing solutions Identify opportunities to improve profit margins, optimize costs, and strengthen our global forwarding network Maintain accurate pricing records, rate agreements, and carrier information Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 3–5 years of experience in international freight forwarding, pricing, or procurement Strong knowledge of global air and ocean freight markets, carrier networks, and international shipping procedures Proven experience negotiating freight rates and managing carrier relationships Experience preparing RFQs, RFPs, and competitive freight quotations Solid understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international trade regulations Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to flourish with minimal supervision, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset Dedication to customer service and delivering competitive, reliable freight solutions Some Of The Perks Of You Working Here Competitive compensation package A diverse and inclusive community of belonging, where teammates are empowered to bring ideas to the table and act upon them Opportunities for advancement – We aim to challenge you, help you cultivate a sense of purpose, and seize opportunities as they arise The flexibility to work from anywhere!
