Pricing Manager

Pricing Manager / IT Operations Assistant Department: Operations Reports To: Vice President of Operations / Director of Profitability Location: Woodridge, IL (or applicable location) Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Pricing Manager / IT Operations Assistant to support the integrity of our pricing strategy, ERP system, and operational data. This role is ideal for someone with a distribution, manufacturing, or operations background who enjoys solving problems through data and systems. The ideal candidate has an exceptional attention to detail (the kind of person who notices when something is off by a penny), enjoys organizing information, and takes pride in keeping data accurate. While experience in the electrical distribution industry is a plus, it is not required. This position serves as the bridge between Operations, Purchasing, Sales, and IT to ensure our pricing, product data, reporting, and system integrity remain accurate and efficient. Primary Responsibilities Pricing Management Maintain customer, vendor, and contract pricing within the ERP system. Review and audit pricing for accuracy and consistency. Manage manufacturer price updates and cost changes. Monitor margin performance and identify pricing discrepancies. Assist with customer-specific pricing agreements. Perform routine pricing audits to ensure profitability and data accuracy. Work with Sales and Purchasing to resolve pricing issues quickly. Data Analytics Analyze pricing trends, sales performance, margins, and purchasing activity. Identify opportunities to improve profitability through better pricing and inventory decisions. Maintain accurate product master data. Support vendor data management. Utilize Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar analytical tools to identify trends and opportunities. ERP & IT Support Assist with ERP system maintenance and data integrity. Support item master setup and ongoing maintenance. Troubleshoot user issues and work alongside third-party IT providers. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, pricing, business analytics, distribution, or manufacturing. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Experience with ERP systems (Epicor Eclipse, Prophet 21, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). Experience with Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools. Understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles. Experience working in wholesale distribution or manufacturing. Basic understanding of networking, databases, or IT support is a plus. Why Join Us?
