Pricing & Inventory Coordinator – Brownsville, TX $15/hr + Weekly Gas Credit + Monthly Performance Bonus | Full-Time About Us We're a family-owned gas station, convenience store, and smoke shop in Brownsville. We're growing and looking for a sharp, detail-oriented person to own pricing and inventory. What You'll Do Keep every item in the store correctly priced and tagged, and make sure shelf prices match the register Review vendor invoices and update prices in the POS system when costs change Visit nearby competitors weekly to check prices on key items Set prices by category to hit margin targets Plan and run in-store promotions and deals Compare vendors and recommend where we should buy to get the best cost Track and claim vendor promotions, rebates, and scan-data programs Help with receiving deliveries and checking orders against invoices Report monthly on margins, price changes, and promo results What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail. You notice when something's wrong. Comfortable with basic math, percentages, and margins Comfortable with computers: POS systems, Excel or Google Sheets Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for competitor checks) Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Retail, grocery, or c-store experience a plus. Experience with pricebooks or inventory is a big plus.
