Position Summary Lead fuel supply and pricing activities across the COCO, consigned, and dealer network, with accountability for supply reliability, competitive street pricing, fuel margin optimization, and commercial performance. Key Responsibilities Own the fuel pricing strategy and daily pricing governance across COCO, consigned, and dealer channels, balancing volume, margin, competitive position, and contractual requirements. Oversee fuel supply planning and optimization, including supplier/terminal sourcing, allocation management, freight economics, inventory management, and contingency supply. Manage and optimize fuel gross margin by market, site, product, and channel, identifying opportunities to improve profitability while protecting customer value and volume. Partner with Operations and Wholesale/Dealer teams on market pricing, new-site economics, dealer supply arrangements, competitive responses, and underperforming locations. Develop reporting and KPIs covering cents-per-gallon margin, volume, price position, delivered cost, freight, inventory/run-outs, and supply reliability. Lead and develop the Supply & Pricing Coordinator and establish effective controls, processes, and escalation protocols for pricing and supply decisions. Partner with Finance and leadership on budgeting, forecasting, supplier negotiations, and longer-term supply and pricing strategy.
