We will also be opening our Montreal warehouse soon. Job Description We are looking for a Warehouse Picker/Packer with a forklift certification to join our team at our Montreal warehouse. You will be responsible for preparing orders for shipment, ensuring products are accurately selected, packed, and ready for shipment. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities ✅ Product Selection – Pick products from stock according to order forms using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand. ✅ Order Preparation – Ensure products are correct, properly labeled, and ready for shipment. ✅ Packaging – Pack products appropriately to ensure they are secure during transit. ✅ Quality Control – Check the quality and integrity of products before they are shipped. ✅ Inventory Management – Participate in stock management and inventory control, reporting damaged or missing products. ✅ Safety Compliance – Ensure all order preparation operations follow safety standards and company procedures. ✅ Warehouse Maintenance – Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. ✅ Meeting Deadlines – Ensure orders are prepared and shipped on time to meet customer expectations. Qualifications ✔ Fluency in both English and French is required to communicate effectively with team members and customers. ✔ Previous experience as a Warehouse Picker or in a similar role (warehouse experience preferred). ✔ Forklift Certification is required. ✔ Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. ✔ Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy loads. ✔ Attention to detail and ability to work with precision. ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. ✔ Knowledge of warehouse safety standards. ✔ Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed. ✔ High school diploma or equivalent.
