About the Role We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Pre-Kitter to join our team. In this role, you will prepare products and provisions into organized kits ahead of our route drivers and technicians. Your work helps keep routes running smoothly by ensuring machines are stocked with the right items, in the right quantities, and ready to go. This is a fast-paced position that rewards accuracy, organization, and productivity. Key Responsibilities Pull and organize products, snacks, beverages, and provisions according to route sheets or machine requirements Group, bag, label, and assemble kits for specific vending machines or routes Stage completed kits for pickup by drivers or technicians Perform visual quality checks to catch damaged items, incorrect products, or shortages Check expiration dates and rotate stock as needed Maintain a clean, organized work area Report inventory discrepancies or issues promptly Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a warehouse for most of the shift Reliable and able to follow instructions carefully Previous warehouse, kitting, or inventory experience is helpful but not required Benefits Incentive-based pay ($15–$20/hour + incentives based on performance) Supplemental insurance options Paid time off / vacation time Flexible work schedule (20–40 hours per week) To Apply Please apply directly through Indeed or reach out with your availability and relevant experience.
