PPS Supervisor (Pick, Pack & Ship) - Lil Sweet Treat

PPS Supervisor (Pick, Pack & Ship) Lil Sweet Treat is a globally sourced premium pick-and-mix candy boutique with stores across New York, Washington DC, Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles. We run our own warehouses in Brooklyn and Los Angeles on LST WMS, integrated with NetSuite. We're seeking a PPS Supervisor to run the store-replenishment schedule and incoming PO receiving at our Brooklyn Navy Yard warehouse. You'll load yesterday's staged orders, direct the PPS Associates to pick and fulfill tomorrow's store orders, receive inbound purchase orders, and close the floor clean for the evening count. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Key Responsibilities Store Replenishment Check each staged lane against its NetSuite fulfillment and load vans by 9:00 AM Direct a team of 3 PPS Associates to pick, pack and fulfill tomorrow's store transfer orders, staging each into its lane Enforce the 2:30 PM pick cutoff and run the zero-exception (picked-not-fulfilled) check before counts begin Hand off a clean floor to the Counts Supervisor at 3:00 PM, with every pick fulfilled or logged to a staging exception Receiving Receive incoming purchase orders: verify quantities against the PO before putaway and flag discrepancies the same day Floor Coverage Send PPS associates to help Fulfillment during e-commerce peaks, and pull Fulfillment associates in during store-order peaks Labor and Reporting Track the daily labor standard (store lines picked per associate-hour) and flag misses Submit all overtime for pre-approval before it is worked Qualifications 1+ years supervising a pick, pack and ship or store-replenishment team Comfortable directing 3 to 5 people on a live floor with a hard daily cutoff Working knowledge of an ERP or WMS transfer-order and receiving flow Experience with NetSuite a plus Benefits Performance-based incentives Employee discount Paid time off Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
