Powersports Service Writer/Expeditor

BMG XTREME SPORTS – NOW HIRING Powersports Service Writer / Expeditor Are you passionate about motorcycles, powersports, and providing great customer service? BMG Xtreme Sports is looking for a motivated and dependable Service Writer / Expeditor to join our Service Department. This position plays an important role in keeping customers informed, technicians productive, and units moving efficiently through the shop. Why Join BMG? Accurately document customer concerns and service needs. Help maintain clear communication between customers, technicians, Parts, and the Service team. Stage jobs so technicians have the unit, keys, repair order, required forms, and parts ready to work. Help coordinate unit movement and maintain an organized shop flow. Verify Multi-Point Inspections are completed as required. Assist with warranty documentation, photos, testing requirements, and parts returns. Coordinate parts needs and follow up on jobs waiting for parts. Assist with quality-control checks and test rides when required. Help move completed units out and prepare the next job for the technician. Maintain accurate information in our dealership service and parts management system. Provide professional, friendly customer service throughout the repair process.
