Power Sports Service / Parts Manager Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Power Sports Service / Parts Manager to oversee the service and parts departments within our dealership. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and effective management of service and parts processes. The ideal candidate will have dealership experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for power sports products. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, client interactions, service writing, and auto service management to deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the service and parts departments, ensuring smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure a positive service experience. Oversee service writing processes, including creating work orders, estimating repairs, and ensuring accurate documentation. Coordinate auto service management activities to optimize productivity and efficiency within the dealership. Supervise and support service advisors, service technicians and parts staff to maintain high standards of quality and professionalism. Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance, customer retention, and sales growth. Maintain inventory levels of parts, order supplies as needed, and manage parts sales activities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and dealership policies at all times. Foster a team-oriented environment that encourages continuous improvement and professional development. Requirements Proven dealership experience in a similar role or related automotive or power sports environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. Experience in service writing, auto service management, or related administrative functions. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and promote a collaborative work environment. Knowledge of power sports products is preferred Excellent organizational skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
