Post-Production Associate

About the Role This is a hands-on production floor position focused on order fulfillment and post-production finishing. Your days will involve boxing, printing, shrink-wrapping, labeling, and palletizing products to customer specifications. You will also support broader warehouse operations including stocking, inventory, and team lifts. Training is provided across all duties, and your primary focus will shift based on daily production needs. Job Duties Prepare and fulfill orders by pulling materials, packing boxes, and staging product for pickup or shipment Operate boxing, shrink-wrap, printing, and labeling equipment Build and wrap pallets for secure shipment with freight carriers Maintain a safe, clean work environment; comply with all safety procedures and regulations Support preparation of wholesale, large-volume, and special project orders Cross-train in other warehouse areas to support team efficiency Assist with inventory management and cycle counts Coordinate with all departments to meet ongoing inventory and shipping needs Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Full availability during scheduled hours of operation Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately for extended periods Ability to continuously stand, walk, bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift 50–75 lbs individually; 75–100 lbs with team assistance Asks questions rather than guessing; responsive to feedback and correction Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Willingness to cross-train and take on new responsibilities as needed Pay: From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
