Portion & Pack Associate (Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.)

Overview We’re looking for a motivated Portion & Pack Associate to join our production team. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately portioning and packaging our products to ensure quality and efficiency. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, values cleanliness, and wants to be part of a dynamic food production environment. Responsibilities Able to read and follow all recipes. Weighs, portions, packages and labels products. Properly processes and packages all food items within established standards. Exceeds quality standards and provides superior food products and services. Exhibits a drive to always create the best BBQ possible. Safely uses mixing, slicing and dicing tools and machines. Cleans tools, equipment, and machines for 20% of every shift. Follows all company and USDA established sanitation guidelines. Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by cleaning work stations, equipment, and utensils. Maintains a level of cleanliness that will prevent product contamination. Able to complete facility opening and closing procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Ability to work in a cold environment for majority of shift. (40-45 degrees F) Familiar with safe food handling practices. Follows all supervisors’ instructions and directions. Ability to work well with others and take direction. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. Ability to work well under times of intense pressure. Exposure to loud noises. Lengthy periods of standing and/or walking up to 8 hours per day.
