Porter/expeditor

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter/Expeditor to join our team. This role involves supporting daily operations by ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of items within the facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks. The hours needed are Tuesday through Friday from 10:00am - 3:00pm. Responsibilities Assist with dishwashing duties. Expedite the lunch service. Support the entire team by transporting items between different departments or workstations as needed. Maintain cleanliness in work areas, including bathrooms, to promote a safe and sanitary environment. Organize and manage storage areas for efficient access and inventory control. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times during daily activities. Qualifications Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods. Prior experience in dishwashing or similar roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
