Portable Sanitation Route Driver BVR Waste & Recycling | Brannon Industrial Group (BIG) Brenham & College Station, TX $16.00–$19.00 per Hour (Based on Experience) Full-Time | Monday–Friday Local Routes. Independent Work. Home Every Night. BVR Waste & Recycling is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Portable Sanitation Route Driver to join our growing operations team. This position is ideal for candidates with route driving or delivery experience, including FedEx, UPS, Amazon, Frito-Lay, beverage distribution, box trucks, or other service-based route positions. You'll service portable restrooms throughout Brenham, College Station, and the surrounding Brazos Valley while working independently and providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do Service portable restroom units by pumping, cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking supplies Deliver, set up, relocate, and remove portable restroom units at customer locations Safely operate company box trucks and trucks with trailers Load, unload, hook up, tow, and back trailers safely Complete assigned service routes efficiently and on schedule Maintain accurate service records and route documentation Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations (where applicable) Communicate with dispatch and supervisors regarding route updates and customer needs Represent BVR Waste & Recycling professionally at every customer location What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Valid driver's license ( CDL not required ) Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Ability to safely tow and back a trailer Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds or more on a regular basis Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused Excellent customer service and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in any of the following is highly desirable: Route driving Package delivery (FedEx, UPS, Amazon) Beverage distribution Box truck driving Service technician routes Portable sanitation Waste and recycling Construction deliveries Landscape or equipment delivery Experience managing daily routes, scheduled stops, and customer interactions is a plus.
