Plumbing Install Coordinator/Dispatcher

You will be the administrative and financial control point for every install job, from dispatch through final inspection. You will be the main link between our install crews, the Install Manager, and our customers. If you are organized, detail driven, and know your way around plumbing installs, we want to talk to you. ServiceTitan experience is required for this role. What You'll Do Dispatch and communication Build the daily install schedule with the Install Manager and dispatch installers and apprentices in ServiceTitan Confirm every crew has a vehicle, materials, equipment, permits, and subcontractors lined up before dispatch Adjust the schedule in real time for delays, callouts, weather, failed inspections, or emergencies Confirm install dates with customers, keep them updated, and log every contact in ServiceTitan Fleet management Keep Fleet Pro, Command Center, and the fleet spreadsheet accurate and in agreement Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs, and route estimates for approval Manage fuel cards, driver PINs, and a monthly fuel transaction audit Track registrations, insurance, and driver MVRs, and manage vehicle insurance claims Purchase orders Issue POs for every install cost: materials, equipment rental, dump fees, permits, subcontractors, and labor Reconcile labor POs to employee hours every business day Match vendor and subcontractor invoices to POs before submitting to AP Permits and inspections Determine permit requirements, submit applications, and track every permit until issued Schedule rough and final inspections, coordinate corrections, and close out permits Maintain a permit log of every open permit and upcoming inspection Subcontractors Confirm subcontractor scope, schedule, price, COI, and W-9 before work begins Track subcontractor start and completion dates against the install schedule What You Bring Required ServiceTitan experience Plumbing experience, with working knowledge of install scopes (gas, water, sewer, general plumbing) Experience scheduling or dispatching field crews Strong organization and follow-through; you close every loop the same day Comfort with purchase orders, invoices, and reconciling numbers Clear, professional communication with crews, managers, and customers Ability to visit job sites daily Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Preferred Experience pulling permits and scheduling inspections with local jurisdictions Fleet management experience, including maintenance tracking and insurance claims Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) A growing company with room to advance across the Velocity Trade Partners portfolio A team that values organization, accountability, and doing the job right How to Apply Submit your resume through https://careers.hirebus.com/jobs/2c3a0da2-8ca4-4f8c-a12c-59fb6a8b6420.
