Plumbing Dispatcher

Here at ASAP Heating, Air & Plumbing we are a small, busy, fast-paced office. With only a handful of office employees, we all wear many hats. The main responsibility of the plumbing dispatcher is to answer the phones and schedule service calls. Communication is key when it comes to understanding what the customer needs and dispatching the appropriate service technician for the job. We are looking for someone with excellent phone skills, and the ability to stay organized and multi-task on a daily basis. Inbound sales are part of the job, when customers call inquiring about maintenance we sell memberships, you are spiffed for items such as these. Hours for this position are 9:30 am to 6 pm, although during training hours will be 8 am to 4:30 pm. Team players with a positive attitude only! Knowledge of Microsoft is a must. Job Duties: Answer incoming customer inquiries Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies Record customer information within our customer service database Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies Other duties as requested Rotating on-call once a month (evenings and weekends) Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred, but not required Bilingual a Plus Communication method(s) used: Email Phone Chat Work environment: Office This Job Is: Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma Work Remotely No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
