PLOW TRUCK DRIVERS Winter 20262027 When Anchorage gets buried, we dig it out. Come drive with us. Titan, LLC | Anchorage & Eagle River, AK Pay: 25 to 35 per hour, DOE Schedule: On-call and weather-dependent. Day and night shifts, up to 7 days a week. Titan, LLC is looking for experienced plow drivers who know how to work a storm. We keep commercial properties across Anchorage and Eagle River open all winter, and we need drivers who show up when the snow does. How it works We run on a callout system. When the snow flies, we roll, day or night, weekends included. Because the work follows the weather, we cant promise set hours or a fixed schedule. But when it storms, were busy. Your experience = your pay Starting pay depends on how much plowing youve done and what youve run, whether straight or articulating. Have you also run skid steers, end dumps, side dumps, sanders, or de-icing equipment? Then you can start at a higher rate. What you need At least one full season of plowing experience Valid drivers license and clean driving record Smartphone Reliable transportation Ready to respond to callouts on short notice, day or night, including weekends What you get Paid training and orientation Employee referral bonuses A path into year-round work with Titan Experienced drivers only.
