Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, safety, and maintenance Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production goals, quality standards, and cost targets Lead, motivate, and manage plant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports for senior management Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and other departments to optimize workflow and resource utilization Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee procurement activities Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar leadership role within manufacturing Strong understanding of production processes, quality systems, and safety regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and implement effective solutions Proficiency in manufacturing software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Join our team and be part of a company committed to innovation, growth, and employee development.
