Planning & Operations Innovation Specialist I
FNS Customs Brokers, Inc.Type: Full-Time Location: Carson, California Responsibilities Business Planning and Performance Management Develop the business unit's annual business plan and establish targets for volume, revenue, and profitability Analyze customer-specific volumes, revenue, and costs, and prepare monthly management reports Customs Clearance Process Standardization Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for customs operations, including ISF, Entry, PSC, Reconciliation, FTZ, T&E Systems Improvement and Automation Plan integration projects between customer ERP systems and FNS EDI, and document business requirements Submit and test enhancement requests for the customs system (ICHB), and design validation rules, including pop-up alerts and flags Develop and maintain model and item master data, and drive automation initiatives such as AI-powered OCR Develop customs operations monitoring dashboards and exception notification workflows Qualifications A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred Strong data analysis, report writing, and proposal development skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English The base salary range for this role is between $55,000–$75,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
