y, Sales, and Operations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor inventory, WIP, material availability, capacity, and production constraints.
• Develop and track
KPIs, dashboards, and operational reports
.
• Use
Power BI, advanced Excel, and ERP systems for data analysis and decision-making.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement, lead-time reduction, and inventory optimization
.
• Provide management with production status, risks, recovery plans, and performance insights.
Key Requirements
• 5–10 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Manufacturing experience required; low-volume/high-mix or custom manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, forecasting, inventory, capacity planning, and scheduling
.
• Advanced
Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, and dashboards.
• Advanced
Power BI experience.
• Experience with
ERP systems
.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English
(written and verbal).
• Bachelor’s degree in
Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
.
• CPIM/APICS or Lean certification is an asset.
