Here you’ll interact daily with team members during the problem resolution process and will partner with other key stakeholders to support our internal customers and their responsibilities. How will you make a difference? As a Planning Leader you will be responsible for developing and executing planning strategies that align customer demand, production capacity, material availability, and business objectives. This position serves as the focal point for Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP), Production, Sales & Inventory (PSI), demand planning, supply planning, and production scheduling activities. The role provides leadership across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and Customer Service to achieve customer commitments, optimize operational performance, and support business growth. What do we want to know about you? Do you have: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or related fields. Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning processes. Advanced Microsoft Excel and analytical skills Strategic Planning and Business Acumen Production Planning and Scheduling Demand, Supply, and Capacity Planning Data Analysis and Problem Solving eadership and Team Development Cross-Functional Collaboration and Influence Decision-Making and Risk Assessment Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization Communication and Presentation Skills Organizational Skills Preferred APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent). Experience leading SIOP and/or PSI processes. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with Oracle, or similar ERP platforms. What will your typical day look like? Production Planning & Scheduling Lead the production planning and scheduling process to support customer delivery requirements and operational objectives. Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, material availability, capacity constraints, and business priorities. Monitor schedule adherence and production execution to ensure customer commitments are met. Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain teams to resolve production and material constraints. Prioritize and adjust schedules to address changing business conditions, customer requirements, and resource availability. Utilize Oracle system to manage planning activities and maintain accurate planning data. Demand, Supply, and Capacity Planning Balance customer demand, production capacity, and material availability to support customer commitments and business objectives. Review demand forecasts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, constraints, and opportunities. Analyze supply and capacity requirements and develop mitigation plans to address shortages or resource constraints . Lead planning reviews to evaluate changes in customer demand and operational impacts.
