Planner

Position Overview
The Materials Planner is responsible for coordinating production planning, scheduling, and material requirements to support manufacturing operations. This role leads the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligns demand with production capacity, and works cross-functionally to ensure efficient operations and on-time delivery.

• Develop monthly production plans based on demand forecasts and capacity.
• Establish and maintain weekly master production schedules.
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and other departments to align operational priorities.
• Monitor material availability, address shortages, and recommend solutions.
• Maintain planning data, work orders, and production documentation.
• Track S&OP performance metrics and drive timely resolution of planning issues.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Materials or production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading or managing the S&OP process.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
