Pizza Supply Coordinator

Job Summary Savastano’s is seeking an organized and dependable Pizza Supply Coordinator to support ingredient inventory, supply ordering, delivery coordination, and daily pizzeria operations. The ideal candidate will help ensure that pizza ingredients, packaging materials, and kitchen supplies are available when needed while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting efficient food preparation. Key Responsibilities Monitor inventory levels of pizza ingredients, beverages, and packaging supplies Coordinate supply orders with vendors and distributors Receive and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality Verify quantities, product condition, and delivery documentation Maintain organized storage areas for ingredients and kitchen supplies Monitor ingredient freshness and expiration dates Communicate supply shortages and inventory needs to kitchen management Maintain accurate inventory records and supply tracking reports Assist with stock rotation and proper food storage procedures Follow food safety, sanitation, and company inventory policies Qualifications Previous restaurant, inventory, purchasing, or supply coordination experience preferred Knowledge of food storage and basic inventory management practices Strong organizational and time-management skills Good communication and vendor coordination abilities Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and recordkeeping Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Benefits Competitive pay Paid training Flexible scheduling, where available Employee meal benefits, where applicable Health benefits for eligible employees Paid time off, where applicable Opportunities for career growth in restaurant operations About the Company Savastano’s is a restaurant name associated with pizza and food service.
