Job Summary Brado NYC Thin Crust Pizza is seeking an organized and proactive Pizza Supply Coordinator to help manage purchasing schedules, supplier communications, ingredient availability, and restaurant supply deliveries. This role supports daily operations by ensuring that pizza ingredients, sauces, cheese, dough supplies, toppings, packaging materials, and other essential items are ordered and available when needed. Communicate with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, order quantities, and delivery schedules. Monitor stock levels and identify items that require replenishment. Prepare and track purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records. Coordinate with kitchen staff to understand ingredient requirements and anticipated usage. Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple orders. Good problem-solving and time-management abilities.
