Pizza Stockroom Coordinator

Job Summary LE Pizza is seeking an organized and dependable Pizza Stockroom Coordinator to oversee the organization, tracking, and replenishment of ingredients, packaging materials, and restaurant supplies. The successful candidate will help maintain accurate stock records, coordinate incoming deliveries, monitor inventory levels, and ensure that materials are stored safely and remain accessible to kitchen and service teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support efficient stockroom operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the storage and organization of pizza ingredients, including flour, dough, cheese, sauces, meats, vegetables, and seasonings. Monitor stock levels for pizza boxes, takeaway containers, beverages, cleaning products, and other restaurant supplies. Maintain accurate stockroom records using inventory software, spreadsheets, or approved tracking systems. Receive deliveries and verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery documents. Inspect incoming materials for damage, quality concerns, and correct labeling. Organize stockroom shelves and storage areas to ensure items are easy to locate. Apply first-in, first-out (FIFO) stock rotation practices and monitor expiration dates. Track inventory usage and notify management when items need replenishment. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure ingredients and supplies are available for daily service. Assist with routine stock counts, inventory reconciliation, and discrepancy reporting. Communicate with suppliers and management regarding delivery schedules, shortages, and stock concerns. Help prevent waste, overstocking, and product loss through effective stock control. Maintain cleanliness and organization in receiving and storage areas. Follow applicable food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Prepare stock summaries and inventory updates for restaurant management. Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in stockroom operations, inventory control, warehousing, or restaurant supply management is an advantage. Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills. Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with spreadsheets or inventory management systems. Ability to inspect deliveries and identify stock discrepancies. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Dependable, punctual, and capable of managing routine tasks independently. Ability to handle stock safely and perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and occasional lifting. Preferred Skills Stockroom organization and inventory tracking.
