Pizza Purchasing Analyst

Overview As a Pizza Purchasing Analyst, you’ll turn purchasing data and supplier relationships into dependable sourcing decisions for pizza ingredients and related supplies. You’ll coordinate procurement from planning through contract management, balancing pricing, quality, logistics, and supply needs. Your impact: Accurate purchasing and proactive supplier coordination help operations teams maintain reliable access to the ingredients and supplies they need. Responsibilities Analyze demand, pricing, inventory, and supplier performance to support purchasing plans and material requirements planning (MRP). Manage sourcing, procurement category management, supplier management, and vendor contracts; lead contract negotiation and direct procurement negotiations. Coordinate procurement contract management, purchase orders, and logistics using enterprise resource planning (ERP) and e-procurement systems. Partner across operations, finance, and quality teams to resolve supply issues, conduct root cause analysis, and support quality management. Track project milestones and ensure purchasing practices align with applicable procurement regulations, contracts, and public sector purchasing requirements where relevant. Qualifications Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain management, or supplier management; familiarity with procurement management and supply chain operations. Demonstrated negotiation skills, including procurement contract negotiation, contract management, and vendor contract management. Experience with ERP systems; SAP or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) knowledge is preferred. Familiarity with MRP and e-procurement systems is an asset. Strong cross-functional collaboration, analytical, and project management skills, including pricing analysis and root cause analysis. Knowledge of strategic sourcing, procurement regulatory requirements, public sector purchasing, and quality management is an advantage.
