Job Summary Pasta Eater is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pizza Materials Assistant to support the purchasing, receiving, storage, and organization of pizza ingredients and kitchen supplies. This role helps maintain adequate stock levels, assists with delivery inspections, and ensures that kitchen teams have the materials needed for daily operations. Common Job Roles Pizza Ingredient Support Materials Receiving Inventory Assistance Supply Organization Purchase Order Support Kitchen Materials Coordination Key Responsibilities Assist with receiving pizza ingredients and restaurant supplies. Check delivered materials against purchase orders and delivery documents. Organize ingredients and supplies in designated storage areas. Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to supervisors. Help prepare supply requests and purchase order documentation. Maintain accurate records of received, stored, and distributed materials. Check product labels, packaging, and expiration dates. Follow appropriate food storage, handling, and sanitation procedures. Coordinate with kitchen employees regarding material requirements. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect deliveries. Keep storage areas clean, organized, and accessible. Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, purchasing, or restaurant operations is an advantage. Basic understanding of food ingredients and storage procedures. Good organizational and communication skills. Basic computer and recordkeeping abilities. Strong attention to detail. Ability to lift and move supplies safely when required. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
