Job Summary Ignazio's is seeking a professional and customer-focused Pizza Catering Consultant to assist customers with catering arrangements, menu selections, event orders, and food service planning. The successful candidate will provide catering recommendations, coordinate order requirements, communicate with kitchen staff, and help ensure a smooth and satisfying catering experience. Recommend suitable menu options, package selections, and order quantities. Prepare catering estimates and communicate pricing information. Coordinate catering requests, schedules, and customer preferences. Record special instructions, dietary requests, and event details. Communicate order specifications to kitchen and catering teams. Follow up with customers to confirm order details and arrangements. Monitor catering order progress and help resolve service issues. Maintain accurate customer records and catering documentation. Identify opportunities to improve catering services and customer satisfaction. Support promotional activities for catering products and services. Build positive relationships with new and returning customers. Qualifications and Requirements Previous experience in catering, restaurant operations, hospitality, or sales preferred. Strong communication and customer relationship skills. Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer skills and familiarity with order management systems. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Professional attitude and customer-focused approach. High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or business education is an advantage.
