Pizza Inventory Controller

Job Summary La Pizza Italia is seeking an experienced, organized, and customer-focused Pizza Event Catering Manager to oversee catering services for private parties, corporate functions, celebrations, and other special events. The successful candidate will coordinate event requirements, manage catering orders, supervise preparation teams, organize delivery schedules, and ensure high-quality food and professional service. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage pizza catering services for private and corporate events. Communicate with clients to understand event requirements, guest counts, and menu preferences. Prepare catering proposals, estimates, and service arrangements. Coordinate pizza production schedules with kitchen management and culinary staff. Supervise catering employees and assign event preparation responsibilities. Organize food packaging, transportation, and delivery logistics. Monitor food quality, portion sizes, presentation, and order accuracy. Coordinate event setup, food service timing, and customer requests. Monitor catering inventory, ingredients, and equipment requirements. Manage booking records, event schedules, invoices, and customer information. Resolve event-related service issues professionally. Review customer feedback and recommend improvements to catering operations. Qualifications and Requirements Previous experience in catering, restaurant management, or event coordination preferred. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities. Knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards. Ability to coordinate multiple events and deadlines. Familiarity with scheduling, ordering, and inventory management systems. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
