Job Summary AvenUe Pizza is seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Pizza Catering Representative to manage customer inquiries and support catering sales and order coordination. The successful candidate will communicate with customers, assist with event catering arrangements, prepare order details, and coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely catering service. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries about catering menus, pricing, and available services. Assist customers with selecting pizza packages and catering options for events. Prepare catering estimates, order confirmations, and customer documentation. Collect event details, including guest counts, food preferences, and delivery requirements. Coordinate catering orders with kitchen staff and management. Confirm order quantities, preparation schedules, and pickup or delivery arrangements. Follow up with customers regarding order details and service requirements. Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, catering bookings, and sales activities. Promote available catering options and communicate relevant menu information. Address customer concerns and coordinate solutions when necessary. Support catering order adjustments and communicate special requests to the appropriate team. Maintain professional relationships with customers and business clients. Qualifications and Requirements Previous experience in sales, customer service, catering, or hospitality preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and customer relationship management abilities. Basic computer skills and familiarity with order management systems. Ability to manage multiple customer requests and deadlines. Professional, friendly, and solution-oriented attitude. Strong attention to detail when recording customer orders. Flexible availability for scheduled shifts and occasional busy event periods.
