Job Summary Il Corallo Trattoria is seeking an organized and dependable Pizza Distribution Coordinator to support the movement and delivery of pizza products, ingredients, and restaurant supplies. This role coordinates distribution schedules, monitors order fulfillment, communicates with suppliers and delivery teams, and helps ensure products reach their intended destinations accurately and on time. Monitor incoming and outgoing orders to support timely fulfillment. Communicate with suppliers, delivery personnel, and restaurant teams. Track shipments and report delays or delivery discrepancies. Maintain accurate distribution records and order documentation. Coordinate product quantities based on inventory and operational requirements. Help ensure products are handled and transported according to applicable food safety procedures. Review delivery information for accuracy and completeness. Assist with resolving order, packaging, and distribution issues. Provide regular updates to management regarding distribution activities. Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in logistics, distribution, inventory coordination, or food service preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Basic computer skills, including email and spreadsheet applications. Ability to manage multiple orders and delivery schedules. Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with restaurant products and food handling practices is an advantage.
