Pizza Delivery Driver

Job Description Pizza Hut is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Pizza Delivery Driver to deliver food orders safely and efficiently to customers. This role involves preparing orders for delivery, following assigned routes, confirming delivery information, providing courteous customer service, and maintaining accurate delivery records. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently. Key Responsibilities Deliver pizza, beverages, and other customer orders according to assigned schedules. Verify order details and delivery addresses before leaving the restaurant. Follow assigned routes and use navigation tools to complete deliveries efficiently. Handle food orders carefully and maintain appropriate delivery standards. Provide friendly and professional customer service at each delivery. Confirm completed deliveries and collect payments when required. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments, and customer information. Communicate delivery delays, address issues, or other concerns to restaurant staff. Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean and orderly condition. Follow applicable traffic, safety, food-handling, and company procedures. Assist restaurant team members with order preparation or routine duties when needed. Support opening, closing, and other daily restaurant responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Previous delivery, courier, driving, restaurant, or customer-service experience is helpful. Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets applicable requirements. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Comfortable using navigation tools and following delivery routes. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple scheduled deliveries. Careful when handling food orders and customer information. Able to follow company safety and operating procedures.
