We are looking for dependable, independent operators to run front and rear escort (pilot) cars, keeping high-impact oversized cargo moving safely across state lines. This isn’t a standard 9-to-5 desk job or a micro-managed local route. It’s an open-highway role for someone who values autonomy, knows how to handle the road, and wants their income to directly reflect their work ethic. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Communicating with over-the-road commercial drivers via CB and mobile channels to ensure seamless transport. Inspecting and maintaining your escort vehicle equipment (strobe lights, signage, high-poles, and radios) to strict safety standards. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: - A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record -A professional, level-headed mindset—you represent our fleet on the highway and at client sites. -Strong self-discipline and spatial awareness; you can read a route survey, stay alert on long stretches, and handle unexpected weather or road conditions.
