Pickup Truck Owner-Operator – Junk Removal (50/50 Profit Sharing) Company: Gorilla Junk – GorillaJunk.ca Location: Toronto & Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Job Type: Independent Contractor / Owner-Operator Compensation: 50% of net profit per completed job Contract: 12 months Schedule: Flexible, based on customer bookings About Gorilla Junk Gorilla Junk is a growing junk removal business serving Toronto and the GTA. We are currently developing our marketing, lead generation, booking systems, and operations. We are looking for a reliable pickup truck owner-operator interested in building a long-term working relationship through a 50/50 job-profit-sharing arrangement. You won't be working alone! The owner of Gorilla Junk will personally attend junk removal jobs and work alongside you to load, carry, and remove junk. Our goal is to build a strong two-person team and grow the business together. How the Partnership Works Gorilla Junk Owner (Me): Handle advertising, marketing, and lead generation. Find customers and coordinate bookings. Manage customer communication and pricing. Attend junk removal jobs with you. Help lift, load, and remove junk. Manage business operations and customer payments. Truck Owner-Operator (You): Provide and operate your own pickup truck. Drive to customer locations. Work alongside me to load and remove junk. Transport junk to approved disposal facilities. Maintain your truck and appropriate commercial insurance. Assist with safe and efficient job completion. Compensation – 50/50 Profit Sharing We split the net profit from each completed job equally after deducting approved direct job expenses such as fuel and disposal fees. Example: Customer pays: $500 Disposal fees: $100 Fuel: $40 Net job profit: $360 Truck owner-operator receives: $180 Gorilla Junk receives: $180 Truck maintenance and ownership expenses remain the operator's responsibility. Profit-sharing payments are calculated weekly after customer payments are received. There are no guaranteed bookings or minimum earnings. Requirements Own or lawfully operate a reliable pickup truck. Valid Ontario driver's licence. Appropriate commercial vehicle insurance. Physically capable of lifting and moving furniture and heavy items safely. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Familiar with Toronto and GTA. Comfortable working as part of a two-person junk removal team. Previous moving, hauling, or junk removal experience is an asset. Why Work With Gorilla Junk?
