Pickup & Delivery Driver, No CDL required

Overview Do you enjoy being on the road, staying active, and getting the job done right? We're looking for dependable, safety-minded Delivery Drivers who take pride in their work. If you're punctual, responsible, and ready to be part of a team that keeps things moving, we'd love to hear from you. What you will do: Drive with confidence: Safely operate a delivery vehicle and follow all traffic laws and safety procedures. Keep deliveries moving: Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure packages reach their destinations on time. Handle packages with care: Load and unload shipments using equipment provided by the company. Some packages may weigh up to 50 pounds. Make a great impression: Treat customers professionally and courteously at every stop. Stay organized: Use handheld scanners to track deliveries and record any problems or discrepancies. Take care of your vehicle: Perform routine vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns. What we are looking for: At least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to follow directions, manage time effectively, and work independently. Comfort using handheld scanners and navigation systems. Previous delivery driving experience is preferred, but we're interested in dependable people who are ready to learn. Experience driving step-van or medium sized box trucks is a plus. Flexible work schedules: Enjoy a work schedule that offers flexibility and freedom! Morning departures: Drivers typically head out between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. Finish when your route is done: Most drivers finish between 3:00 and 6:00 PM, with earlier finishes on weekends. Flexible scheduling: We can work with you to arrange a schedule that fits your availability. Routes matched to you: Route assignments are based on your availability and performance.
