PICKER/PACKER/SHIPPER

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PICKER/PACKER/SHIPPER to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and effectively. Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit. Utilizing proper lifting techniques and heavy equipment to maintain safety standards. Manage inventory through warehouse management systems, ensuring stock levels are accurate and up-to-date. Conduct quality control checks on picked items before packing to meet company standards. Prepare shipments for dispatch by labeling packages correctly and coordinating with shipping carriers for timely pickups. Skills Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software. Skilled in order picking, packing, shipping & receiving procedures with attention to detail. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while adhering to safety protocols. Familiarity with barcode scanning technology for logistics accuracy. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations related to order fulfillment. Knowledge of safety procedures including PPE use, load & unload protocols, and safe operation of heavy equipment.
