Pare Works ManufacturingJob Summary Join our warehouse team as a Picker/Packer/Shipper and keep orders moving accurately from storage to shipment. You’ll pick and pack products, support shipping and receiving, and help maintain organized inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products in good condition and on time. Duties Pack, label, stage, load, and unload orders; support shipping and receiving, stocking, and warehouse distribution. Check product condition and order accuracy, update inventory records in the warehouse management system, and report discrepancies. Handle materials safely, follow safety protocols, use required personal protective equipment (PPE), and perform heavy lifting and manual handling as needed. Keep work areas organized and support daily warehouse operations, quality control, and inventory management. Experience Warehouse experience in order picking, picking and packing, packaging, order fulfillment, or shipping and receiving is helpful. Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory management systems, RF scanners, and basic math is preferred. Ability to follow safety procedures, use PPE, handle materials, and lift heavy items as required. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus, but not required. Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
