About this role We are currently looking for a Picker/Packer - Material Handler to join our team based out of our Vaudreuil-Dorion head office. The Picker/Packer – Materials Handler is responsible for preparing and sending Bill of Material shipments to manufacturers and Co-Packers. This role also requires the individual to ensure that inventory is properly allocated, and to process and ship domestic orders. What you will be responsible for Prepare Bill of Material Shipments: Pick finished products and packaging and ship to Co-Packer for assembly of kits Pick packaging and ship to Contract Manufacturer Create packing slips Work with Supply Chain Planner to establish shipping timelines Arrange transportation with transport company Inventory Allocation: Put away finished products, packaging, and promotional material Replenish pickable locations Adjust racking for space optimization Perform annual inventory and cycle counts Pick, Pack & Receive: Pick and pack domestic orders Prepare shipping labels for individual orders Prepare packages, parcels and envelops for special requests via courier Prepare end of day manifest Track shipments Receive packages, parcels, Purchase Orders (packaging components), Manufacturing Orders (finished product) and Company supplies, etc. according to Vivier receiving procedure and distribute accordingly Follow Standard Operating Procedures established for the Warehouse activities Keep work area tidy and organized What are we looking for High School diploma Minimum three (3) year of previous Warehouse experience Well organized, efficient, able to multi-task Forklift experience required Ability to lift boxes (up to 50lbs) WMS & Bar code scanning experience preferred WHMIS and Dangerous Goods (Air & Ground) knowledge preferred Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office If you are up for this exciting challenge and want to be part of a winning team, we would like to hear from you!
